It is hand-wound and made in a special "warm" process developed by ZR Speaker Lab. Cold copper wire (H-Class) is wound on the warm aluminum former, which extends at high-temperature. When the complete voice-coil cools down to the room-temperature, the "filling factor" of the wound is almost perfect. Because of that, our speakers have extraordinary dynamic, and give the impression of being very loud at very low power of the amplifier. They effortlessly follow its amplitudes and transmit all micro and macro details.
